I have always loved Real Estate! A beautiful home, the rolling hills of a farm, a frightening fixer upper, or a sleek city condo could always set my heart a-beating! I believe in the American dream of owning your own home.

As a child, I divided up my parents lot and sold it in parcels to my neighborhood friends for money to spend at the candy store. At the time, I didn’t know about deeds, escrows, mortgages, title, or legalities! Now I know. Fortunately, I wasn’t prosecuted!

I was born and raised in the Sevier Valley. I am a fifth generation descendant of pioneer settlers who first discovered this beautiful valley and made it their home. As a young adult, I moved to Bountiful, a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah where I raised my family.

Ten years ago I got my real estate license and made it legal! I worked in the Davis County area of metropolitan Salt Lake City for Wardley Better Homes and Gardens. My real estate career was a success. With the help of seasoned agents, I quickly became a top producer, winning the “Rising Star” award and consistently being in the “Top 20% Club”. My business grew with referrals from satisfied clients.

I always longed to return to “my home.” In 2001, my husband and I made the great escape from the city and moved to the Sevier Valley. We have a beautiful home and a little farm, and we are very happy with our new rural lifestyle.

I have served as the "Caravan Director" for the Central Utah Board of Realtors for three years. I schedule the weekly tours so all brokerages can view current listings. I was very honored to be nominated as a candidate for "Realtor of the Year" for the Central Utah Board of Realtors in 2005.

I enjoy selling real estate in central Utah. I find it so gratifying to help a young family purchase their first home, to be able to match people up with the property that is right for them, or to close a transaction for a seller who is moving on.

I really care about my clients. They place tremendous trust in me. Buying or selling a home is the largest financial transaction most people ever make. I attribute my success to being a knowledgeable, hard working, professional realtor who deals honestly and fairly with people. I care about my clients and they know they can depend on me.
